*FREE if you purchased in the past 12 Months.
If you purchased FolderMagic within the past
12 months, fill in ALL the information requested by the form below so that we can locate your
lost registration. All fields must be completed. If you
don't fill in all the data required you will not receive an
answer. Please check for your registration email before
asking as you may already have the key saved in your email!
LOST KEY REPLACEMENT INFORMATION FORM
If you purchased more than 12 months ago, we
cannot replace your information. Before you submit a request for a
replacement key for your FolderMagic program, please check your
records for your original registration information. FolderMagic Keys
do not expire. You may use your FolderMagic Key that was sent to you
when you purchased FolderMagic to reinstall FolderMagic anytime you
need to. Please do make sure that you don't have a copy of your
registration before you continue with this form.
*Registration replacement for orders placed
during 2007-2008: If you have ordered a downloadable version
of FolderMagic and lost your registration key and
information, we keep records going back 12 months only. We
will only replace keys that are dated back one year. That is
why we try to make it clear that you should save your
registration information on external media - CD, flash
drive, or some other location that the drive on which
Windows is installed. If you purchased FolderMagic
within the last 12 months we should be able to replace your
lost registration at no charge.
